Domenic was called to the Bar as a member of the Law Society of Ontario in 1985, marking the beginning of a distinguished legal career. As a partner at Gambin Associates, he honed his skills in civil litigation and real estate law until 1993, when he co-founded Bianchi Presta LLP. Since then, Domenic has built a reputation for providing clients with direct and practical legal advice, particularly in the areas of real estate development and construction law.
Domenic’s expertise is recognized by the Law Society of Ontario through his accreditation as a Certified Specialist in Construction Law, where he has held this status since 2001. The primary focus of his current legal practice revolves around real estate development and construction law with a particular emphasis on development law and civil litigation relating to these types of matters. Domenic is well-versed in a wide range of legal matters, including:

A proud member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization, Domenic is deeply committed to both his profession and his community. He served as a Director of the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario from 2007 to 2014, and since 2018, he has been a Director of the Calabrian Benevolent Association of Ontario, contributing to the social and cultural development of the Italian-Canadian community.
Domenic’s dedication to the Vaughan community extends beyond the office, where he volunteers with local charitable organizations. His contributions have not gone unnoticed; he was honoured with the Canada 150 Community Leader Award, presented by Member of Parliament Francesco Sorbara, in recognition of his significant and sustained impact on the Vaughan-Woodbridge communities.
