Daniel was called to the Bar 1999 and is a member of the firm's Real Estate Law Group. Daniel focuses his practice on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, institutional and private lending transactions and development law. Daniel also acts for institutional and private lenders in real estate based secured transactions, involving term loans and construction financing.
In addition, Daniel has established a practice in development law that includes the negotiation of Agreements of Purchase and sale with municipalities, school boards and conservation authorities, land assemblies, first applications, negotiation of subdivision and development agreements, plan registrations, and attendances before government committees and boards.
Outside of the office Daniel avidly follows the game of soccer, including coaching youth soccer, and enjoys travelling to diverse cultural destinations.
