Nicole was called to the Bar as a member of the Law Society of Ontario in 2015. Nicole’s practice area is in the firm’s Construction, Commercial and Civil Litigation Group, dealing with lien claims and adjudications, debt collection claims, real estate litigation, breaches of contract and trust claims, alternative dispute resolution and mediation, and small claims court matters.
Prior to her call to the Bar, Nicole obtained her LL.B with Honours at the University of Kent in the United Kingdom in 2012. She attended York University for her post-secondary studies, graduating in 2010 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Law and Society with a minor in Political Science.
Following her call to the Bar and prior to joining Bianchi Presta LLP, Nicole worked in boutique law firms practicing in the areas of civil, commercial, and criminal law. Her passion for litigation has made her a zealous advocate for clients across a wide range of practice areas. Nicole’s broad litigation experience has brought her before the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal.
Outside of the office Nicole enjoys practicing yoga and meditation and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
