Renzo was called to the Bar as a member of the Law Society of Ontario in 1975. He was a partner with the law firm of Gambin Associates until 1998.
Since then Mr. Belluz joined Bianchi Presta LLP as a partner and has practiced law in the fields of real estate development and planning law, including the development of urban residential and commercial subdivision plans and condominium development plans. Mr. Belluz has also provided legal assistance to a variety of clients involved in the land development industry in the GTA, including financial institutions in the preparation of security and other legal instruments required to implement and finance real estate development projects.
A sizable portion of Mr. Belluz’s practice is also devoted to will preparation, estate planning and advising estate trustees, both institutional and personal, concerning the administration of estates.
Mr. Belluz is married with three adult children and resides in the City of Markham.
When not in the office, Renzo enjoys spending time with his family.
