Elizabeth was called to the Bar as a member of the Law Society of Ontario in 2022 and is a member of the firm’s Construction, Commercial and Civil Litigation Group. Initially, Elizabeth joined Bianchi Presta in 2020 as a summer student, returning as an articling student the following year. Elizabeth now looks forward to continuing her legal career with our firm as a junior litigation associate.
Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law with an Option (Minor) in Dispute Resolution and Professionalism. While at the University of Ottawa, Elizabeth was a Teaching Assistant for the Dispute Resolution and Professional Responsibility course and recipient of the National Academy of Arbitrators Writing Prize. Elizabeth intends to build her practice by leveraging the problem-solving, critical thinking and advocacy skills that she has honed throughout her legal education to offer Bianchi Presta’s clientele unparalleled service.
Elizabeth always had an interest in pursuing a career in law. Prior to law school, she completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society at York University. She was President of the Law and Society Student’s Association and was awarded the McLaughlin Club of the Year Award.
Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys trying out new restaurants, reading autobiographies and watching historical dramas.
