Joseph first joined the Bianchi Presta team as a Legal Intern in January 2023 and has transitioned into the firm's Student Program as an articling student. He completed his Juris Doctor at Bond University in the Gold Coast, Australia.
Prior to law school, Joseph completed his undergraduate degree at York University and majored in the Honours History program. Joseph participated in the legal internship program at Bond University, which provided him early work experience in a general practice law firm. He will explore a variety of practice areas while articling at Bianchi Presta as part of our rotation-free articling student program to build upon his oral and written advocacy skills developed in law school to best represent our firm's clientele.
Joseph has extensive work experience of participating within the community. He has previously worked as a lifeguard, swim instructor and basketball trainer. Joseph is a philanthropist whose primary goal is to serve and provide for his community.
In his spare time, Joseph enjoys travelling and playing basketball or baseball.
